On July 27, China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited conducted its headquarters department performance review for the first half of 2026. The meeting aimed to summarize work achievements, identify weaknesses and challenges, and outline key priorities for the second half of the year. The meeting was addressed by Mr. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, and chaired by Mr. Yao Jinghao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager. Members of the Company's leadership team and heads of all headquarters departments attended the session.

During the meeting, each headquarters department reported on the completion of key tasks for the first half of the year based on the 2026 "Three Action Plans" and a series of special initiatives. Departments highlighted their accomplishments, conducted in-depth self-assessments of shortcomings, and proposed improvement measures and work strategies for the second half, grounded in their operational realities. The respective supervising leaders provided comments on each report, pointing out weaknesses and emphasizing critical work requirements.
Mr. Zhu Wenjun acknowledged the achievements, improved work styles, and enhanced morale demonstrated by headquarters departments in the first half of the year. He put forward the following requirements: First, combine problem-oriented and goal-oriented approaches, focus on major tasks, refine work measures, conduct in-depth grassroots research, strengthen supervision and support services, implement full-process control, and enhance execution capabilities. Second, reinforce a sense of responsibility, intensify professional learning, and genuinely strengthen the awareness of crises, urgency, responsibility, and mission. Third, maintain confidence in development, take pragmatic and persistent actions, strive to overcome challenges, and make every effort to address weaknesses and improve work quality and efficiency, thereby laying a solid foundation for the Company to achieve its development goal of "Ten-Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction."
