To implement the requirements of the Group and advance the digital transformation of the Human Resources management system of the Eleventh Construction Company of China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., the Company held a training session on its new-generation HR system from July 15 to 22.

The special training focused on enhancing the digital hands-on capabilities of HR personnel, targeting core business scenarios such as system operation and data launch. It covered key professional modules including core HR management and payroll, with a scientifically designed curriculum comprising theoretical instruction, practical exercises, centralized Q&A sessions, and trainee-led reviews. Training was delivered precisely by business module to ensure content relevance to actual work. Participants engaged deeply in practical exercises based on their respective roles, conducted collective reviews and discussions on bottlenecks and difficulties encountered in real operations, and proposed ideas for promoting the new system in their work.
The training required each unit to complete information maintenance and data supplementation for each business module in batches according to specified timelines, and to regularly report progress. Once the new HR system goes live, it will streamline business processes and strengthen routine data governance. The HR Department will improve the digital "coach" grid operation mechanism, providing full-process coordination, daily response to inquiries, and systematic operation and maintenance support. Relying on the new HR management system, the Company will continue to build a highly professional workforce and drive the transition of HR management from traditional models to digital and intelligent ones, thereby providing talent support and a solid foundation for the Company’s high-quality development.
The training was attended by representatives from the Company’s HR Department, HR heads of secondary units, and business backbone personnel, through both online and offline channels.
