On July 12, the Recognition and Mechanical Completion Conference for the Zhongmei Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project, themed "Decisive Four Campaigns, Efficient and Perfect Completion," was grandly held. Mr. Yao Jinghao, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee and General Manager, was invited to attend the conference.

The Zhongmei Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project is the first coal chemical project approved by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment after the national "Dual Carbon" strategic goals were proposed, with a total investment of RMB 23.8 billion. Upon completion and operation, the project will effectively promote local economic and social development, drive the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, create tens of thousands of related jobs, and advance the local coal chemical industry toward high-end, diversified, low-carbon development, as well as integrated development with coal, coal-fired power, and new energy sources.

During the conference, the Company earned high praise from the owner and all parties involved for its refined management throughout the entire construction process, excellent construction quality, and efficient and high-quality contract performance. Specifically, the Purification Device undertaken by Inner Mongolia Branch was awarded the title of "Outstanding Construction Contractor" by the owner, while the System Engineering undertaken by Shaanxi Branch had previously been honored with the "Responsibility Benchmark Award." The receipt of multiple honors represents a strong endorsement of the Company's comprehensive strength and brand value in national-level key projects, fully demonstrating the Company's professional leadership and commitment to responsibility in the large-scale coal chemical construction sector.

Following the conference, Mr. Yao Jinghao put forward requirements for the remaining completion work of the project: first, strictly uphold the safety production bottom line and continuously strengthen on-site safety management; second, refine the finishing work and rigorously control project quality to ensure delivery with high standards and high quality; third, consolidate operational management responsibilities, enhance lean management capabilities, and strengthen project cost control; fourth, proactively coordinate with the general contractor to efficiently advance settlement procedures. All employees are expected to maintain a determined approach and strive for excellence to create a model benchmark project.
