On July 9, the company convened its regular production and operation meeting for July to summarize the operational achievements of the first half of the year and arrange key work for the third quarter. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting fully affirmed the company’s operational and production progress made in the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth review and summary, and systematically analyzed the current industry trends and the company’s operational status. Relevant functional departments delivered special reports at the meeting, and members of the company’s leading group put forward requirements and suggestions for subsequent work.

The meeting pointed out that centering on the goal of "achieving half-year targets in the first half of the year", all staff of the company have united as one and overcome difficulties, securing historic breakthroughs in project advancement, market expansion, cost control and other key areas, with the overall development momentum maintaining a positive upward trend. As a pivotal stage connecting the first half and the second half of the year, the third quarter lays a crucial foundation for the full-year development. The company will remain steadfast in pursuing the goal of building a billion-yuan chemical construction enterprise, forge ahead with greater efforts, improve quality and efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for a sound start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

The meeting stressed six key work requirements for the next stage. First, unswervingly promote coordinated development of domestic and overseas markets to consolidate the foundation of scaled development. Second, strengthen confidence and work together to win the tough battle of quality and efficiency improvement. Third, accelerate value transformation of completed projects and fully advance the contract closure of finished projects. Fourth, pursue benefits through lean management to further optimize operating cash flow. Fifth, strengthen solidarity and collaboration to foster a clean and upright working atmosphere for entrepreneurship and development. Sixth, consolidate work responsibilities, strengthen risk prevention and control, and ensure the stable operation of the company.
