On July 28, the Party Committee of China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited held a seminar on studying MR. XI JINPING’s Thought on Party Building and the 7th centralized (expanded) study session of the Theoretical Study Center Group. The session aimed to thoroughly study and implement MR. XI JINPING’s Thought on Party Building, with in-depth discussions and exchanges focused on the theme. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Company Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, who delivered an address.  

The session brought together participants to study General Secretary MR. XI JINPING’s important speeches delivered at the Celebration of the 105th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China, the National Science and Technology Awards Conference, the Academician Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the 11th National Congress of the China Association for Science and Technology. The group also reviewed recent important directives, instructions, and key signed articles by General Secretary MR. XI JINPING.  

The meeting emphasized that it is essential to gain a deep understanding of General Secretary MR. XI JINPING’s key speeches, adopt a problem-oriented approach, and use ideological breakthroughs to drive practical action. Participants were urged to break free from rigid thinking, stay focused on the company’s core responsibilities, and directly address bottlenecks, pain points, and difficulties in development. It is necessary to remove institutional barriers, unleash the vitality of reform, proactively break down departmental "walls," and strengthen collaborative capabilities. By uniting efforts and facing challenges with courage and perseverance, the company aims to deliver a strong performance in the second half of the year and ensure the completion of annual development targets.  

The meeting also called for the thorough implementation of General Secretary MR. XI JINPING’s important directives and instructions, balancing development with safety, and ensuring high-quality development through strong safety measures. Participants were encouraged to foster integrity, enhance capabilities, consolidate the foundation, and address the "capacity anxiety" in performing duties. A lifelong learning mindset should be adopted, encompassing both in-depth study of the Party’s innovative theories and policies, as well as continuous improvement in professional knowledge and skills, so that everyone becomes an expert in their respective fields.  

The meeting stressed the importance of raising political awareness, deeply studying and comprehending MR. XI JINPING’s Thought on Party Building, and consolidating the Party’s "roots" and "soul" through political construction. Efforts should be made to strengthen learning and training, quickly creating a wave of enthusiasm, and continuously advancing the study and implementation of MR. XI JINPING’s Thought on Party Building in a substantive and effective manner. It is also crucial to enhance the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, fully leverage the role of Party branches as battle fortresses, and further transform the Party’s political and organizational strengths into the company’s competitive and developmental advantages. This will accelerate the achievement of the "Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction" goal and ensure the company’s high-quality development is guided and supported by high-quality Party building.
