On July 29, the general assembly for the election of the new Party Committee of the Headquarters of China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited was successfully convened. In strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the *Constitution of the Communist Party of China* and the *Regulations on Election Work of Primary-Level Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China*, the assembly completed all agenda items and elected the new members of the Headquarters Party Committee. Mr. Yao Jinghao, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee and General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. All Party members from the headquarters participated in the assembly.  

The assembly officially opened with the majestic national anthem of the People’s Republic of China. At the session, the Secretary of the previous Headquarters Party Committee delivered a work report on behalf of the committee. The report comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the previous committee in political development, ideological building, organizational strengthening, and work-style improvement, objectively analyzed existing issues and shortcomings, and put forward recommendations and prospects for the work of the new Headquarters Party Committee.  

The assembly voted to adopt the election method (draft), the lists of vote counters and scrutineers, and the list of candidates for the new Headquarters Party Committee. All attending Party members, in strict compliance with election procedures, elected five comrades as members of the new Headquarters Party Committee through secret ballot and differential elections.  

On behalf of the Company Party Committee, Mr. Yao Jinghao extended congratulations to the newly elected committee members and fully affirmed the work of the previous committee. He noted that the election of the Headquarters Party Committee is a major event in the political life of all Party members at the headquarters and an important measure to strengthen primary-level Party organization building and consolidate the foundation of Party building work.  

Mr. Yao Jinghao put forward requirements for the new Headquarters Party Committee: first, to strengthen theoretical learning, solidify the ideological foundation through deep study and thorough understanding, and enhance performance capabilities through the application of knowledge; second, to break down barriers and promote collaboration, consolidating work synergy and setting an example by aligning with benchmarks; third, to use activities as a primary vehicle, enhancing vitality through diversified forms and improving organizational efficiency through the effective use of funds; fourth, to consolidate primary responsibilities, motivate the team through a combination of strictness and care, and improve the quality of Party building through sustained and long-term efforts, thereby providing a strong political guarantee for the company to accelerate the realization of the "Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction" goal and achieve high-quality development.  

The assembly concluded successfully with the stirring strains of "The Internationale".
