On June 30, Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited, delivered a special thematic Party lecture. The lecture was held to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National State-owned Enterprise Party Building Conference on the 10th anniversary of its convening and further carry out education on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements.

With the theme of Inheriting the Century-old Party Spirit, Striving for the Billion-yuan Development Goal, and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements through Solid Work, Zhu Wenjun systematically elaborated on the high-quality development path of the company from four dimensions: drawing pragmatic strength from the Party’s history, identifying shortcomings against the requirements of a correct political achievements view, forging ahead toward the billion-yuan development goal through solid efforts, and upholding the original mission of taking responsibility through concrete work.

Zhu Wenjun pointed out that the year 2026 marks the 10th anniversary of both the National State-owned Enterprise Party Building Conference and the proposal of the great initiative “Socialism Is Achieved Through Hard Work”. The company must firmly uphold the “two unswerving adherence principles”, promote the in-depth integration of Party building and corporate governance, break developmental barriers and resolve bottleneck problems with a correct view of political achievements, seize development opportunities, consolidate collaborative strengths, and fully strive to accomplish the company’s billion-yuan development goal.

Focusing on key tasks for the next stage, Zhu Wenjun put forward five key requirements. First, strictly strengthen project management and continuously improve operational quality and efficiency. Second, accelerate settlement closure and ensure the full recovery of project funds. Third, firmly safeguard capital safety and consolidate risk control management. Fourth, improve the risk prevention and control system to build a solid operational safeguard line. Fifth, further strengthen talent team building to accumulate sustained momentum for long-term development. All Party members, cadres and employees shall continuously strengthen Party spirit, practice a correct view of political achievements with solid performance, and make new progress in the company’s high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
