Hebei Acu-Rite 60000t/a acrylic recovery device success ofcommissioning

On March 24th, Jilin chemical fiber group Hebei Acu-Rite company60000t/a acrylic recovery device which constructed by Northeast China Sub-com. and E&I No.2 Sub-com. had success of commissioning.
Acrylic fiber recovery unit is one of the important devices in this project.The successful running of the recovery device laid the foundation for the smooth commissioning of the acrylic fiber project. The main physical quantities of the project are: 148 sets of equipment, pipeline 22000m.
The key points of construction are as follows:Hoisting and installation of six towers and Internals installation, ten large heat exchangerhoistingand pipe installationfrom pump house to the 2 floor. In the process of project construction, Northeast China Sub-com. and E&I No.2 Sub-com. unitewith absolute sincerity and cooperate closely. In the face of difficulties, the staffcarry forward the fine tradition of “endurehardship specially, fight specially” and the work style of work hard to press ahead for the company's good reputation and survival and development, and overcome difficulties to ensure that the project ahead of commissioning, who won the unanimous praise of the owners,and laid a good foundation to expand the follow-upconstruction projects.
 
It is reported that the project mainly includes: solvent recovery unit,refrigerating cycle water station, air separation and air compression station and civil engineering, equipment installation, pipeline installation, electrical instrument installation,anti-corrosion insulation etc. for finished goods warehouse. The duration of the project from June 25, 2016 to March 31, 2017. The finished goods warehouse are delivered to owner to put into use on October 25th, 2016 through the joint efforts of all members of the project team; Refrigerating cycle water station, air separation and air compression station start commissioning smoothly on January 24, 2017; Acrylic fiber recycling device start commissioning successfully on March 24,
