The steel structure installation works of Shanghai Covestro hydrochloric acid expansion project official started along with the lifting operator command of the whistle blew.
The civil works of this project started at the beginning of January 2017, in order to reach the control point at 10^th March 2017 for steel structural installation of main units, the project department inverted the construction plan, and in order to overcome the adverse effects caused by Spring Festival Holiday to the project construction works, the project department make elaborate organization and reasonable arrangement with overtime works to finish the civil work, ensure the normal proceeding of steel structural works.
The project steel structure main plant has 3 structurestorey, steel structure of 10 meters elevation below is the fire retardant coatings. The prefabrication, painting and fire retardant coating of steel structure are all completed in the prefabricated factory outside the site. The installation work started since 10^th March 2017 to20^thApril 2017, it also involves the lifting of large equipment in the middle. At present the steel structure installation work has been carried out smoothly.
