The Group Company’s video conference of 2019 rule of law workis held

On 18th, March, the Group Company held a video conference concerning rule of law work at the Beijing. A comprehensive summary of the achievements of the Group's 2018 rule of law work was made, and the deployment of the rule of law in 2019 was arranged. The main leaders of the company, the heads of relevant departments, the party leaders and managers of sub-companiesparticipated in the video conference.
At the meeting, Mr. GuoXiangyu, director of the Policy and Regulation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, made an important speech. He stressed that it is necessary to recognize the situation, and carry out the key work of the rule of law in 2019, and comprehensively enhance the ability of enterprises to operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
Mr. Dai Hegen, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the Group Company, put forward four requirements on how to implement the spirit of the 2019 Central Enterprise Rule of Law Work Conference and the specific work of China's chemistry: Firstly, we must grasp the important progress of the work of governing enterprises according to law; secondly, the value of law work should be improved; thirdly, the legal protection of international operations should be strengthened; fourthly, we must work hard to improve the legal risk prevention mechanism.
Ms. DunYilan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Group Company and General Counsel, made a report at the meeting. Mr. Yu Tengqun, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and the vice president of the Standing Committee of the China Railway Group Co., Ltd., and the general counsel of the China Railway Engineering Co., Ltd., conducted training on the theory, practice and other related topics with the theme of legal regulation and regulation management.
