Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Henan Xinhui Construction

On the morning of January 17, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement betweenHenan Xinhui Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Guohua Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Eleventh Chemical Construction Co., Ltd. was held in Henan Xinhui Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The signing of the contract is to implement thestrategic cooperation agreement spirit between Kaifeng Municipal People's Government and CNCEC Groups which is already signed, and it is to grasp the major historical opportunities for the development of Zhengzhou-kaifeng's integration, in order to accelerate the company's strategic upgrade, and accelerate the urban construction process in Kaifeng City and upgrade process of Kaifeng New District, ELECO and the two other company shall take full advantages of themselves, so as to achieve mutual benefit.
 
The three parties intend to establish comprehensive cooperative relations in the shantytown renovation, urban infrastructure investment construction, urban village reconstruction, industrial investment, environmental protection industry, urban sewage treatment and other related fields in Kaifeng City's urban and rural integration, and jointly promote the renovation process work of Shizhai villages.
