On the afternoon of April 17th, Key Project Observation Team ofXuchang City went to the site of 60,000 t/a delayed asphalt coke and 40,000 t/a needle coke project undertaken by ELECO. The observation group listened carefully to the project introduction and observed the project site. Mr Hu wuyue, Secretary of Municipal Party Committee of Xuchang City,and Mr. Shi Genzhi,Mayor of Xuchang Citygave high praise to the project.
