The company held a training meetingfor Group Company's Medium and Long-Term Development Strategy Publicity
On April 17th, the Group Company’s Long-Term Development Strategy training meeting of “Three-Year and Five-Year Plan, Ten-Year and Thirty-Year Vision” was successfully held at the company headquarters.
Mr. Su Hua, Senior Manager of the Safety and Quality Supervision Department of the GroupCompany, gave us a training. Mr. Han Changen, Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the company's Party Committee, presided over the meeting,Mr. Wei Daocheng, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Mr. Yuan Zhongxue, Deputy General Manager of the company, middle and above management cadres in Kaifeng, and more than 100 employee representatives attended the meeting, meanwhile domestic and overseas subsidiaries and project departments participated in the video simultaneously.
Mr. Han Changen, Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the company's Party Committee, elaborated on the company's strategy to make each employee understand the strategic intentions of the company, identify with the strategic goals of the company, and promote the strategy to form a long-term mechanism for strategic publicity to ensure the "Strategic Unity, Strategy leads development", andwork status of implementation and completion.
Mr. Su Huaexplained in detail the medium and long-term development strategy of the group company, the “1356” strategic measures and business development ideas from the historical evolution, development strategy and strategic measures of CNCEC development. It reviewed the glorious course of the group company in the past 60 years, and focused on the interpretation of the background, strategic connotation, ideas and significance of the strategy.
Mr. Han Chang’en, Deputy Secretary of The Company's Party Committee and General Manager, made a concluding speech. He pointed out: Group Company’s "Three-Year and Five-Year Plan, Ten-Year and Thirty-Year Vision" medium and long-term development strategy is in line with the country's "two hundred years" objective, and the goal is to fully implement the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission for the central government to “strengthen, expand, and expand”, and has been completed through many scientific arguments. It fully embodies the firm confidence of the Group's leaders in realizing the development of “high quality, supernormal, and leap-forward”. It also fully meets the strong desire of CNCEC staff for a better life and laid a solid foundation for achieves the vision of a world-class enterprise.
