The 6th Training Program for Young and Middle Aged Cadres of CNCEC Officially Kicks Off

On August 12, the sixth training program for young and middle-aged cadres of China National Chemical Engineering Group was launched at the Central Party School (National Academy of Governance). Mo Dingge, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Mo Dingge pointed out that young and middle-aged cadres constitute the backbone force in accelerating the Group's transformation into a world-class, innovative engineering company. They should persistently use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to unite and strengthen their ideological foundation, thoroughly study and deeply comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and directives, draw wisdom and strength from the great historical journey of the Party leading the people in revolution, construction, and reform, firmly establish and practice a correct view of political performance, and translate the outcomes of their learning into concrete actions—such as high-quality completion of the annual targets and tasks, further deepening reforms, and advancing the implementation of the 15th Five-Year Plan—thereby demonstrating their steadfast support for the "Two Establishments" and resolute commitment to the "Two Upholds" through practical actions.

Mo Dingge expressed five hopes to the trainees: First, to strengthen their ideals and beliefs and strive to be loyal practitioners of great ideological principles; Second, to hone their professional skills and strive to be dedicated pursuers of personal growth and moral cultivation; Third, to embrace a spirit of struggle and strive to be pioneers and vanguards in deepening reform; Fourth, to enhance their sense of responsibility and commitment and strive to be a dynamic force contributing to tangible achievements; Fifth, to uphold the principle of integrity and strive to be clear-headed individuals imbued with moral righteousness.

This five-week training program will be conducted under a joint training model at three locations—the Central Party School, Peking University, and the Zhejiang Red Boat Cadre Academy—adopting a framework of "theoretical instruction + exchange seminars + field-based reflection" to comprehensively enhance participants' political competence, theoretical literacy, and professional expertise. Responsible officials from relevant departments of China National Chemical Engineering Group attended the opening ceremony.
