The 6th Training Program for Young and Middle Aged Cadres of CNCEC Officially Kicks Off

On August 12, the 6th Training Program for Young and  Middle Aged Cadres of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. was inaugurated at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance). Mo Dingge, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Mo Dingge pointed out that young and middle aged cadres are the backbone for the Group to accelerate building a world class innovative engineering corporation. They shall consistently forge a strong ideological foundation with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly study and comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions, draw wisdom and strength from the great history of the Party leading the people in revolution, construction and reform, and firmly establish and practice a sound view on performance. Learnings shall be translated into practical efforts to fulfill annual targets with high quality deliverables, advance further deepened reform, and promote the implementation of the 15th Five Year Plan. Cadres shall take practical action to resolutely uphold the establishment of Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, and uphold the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership.

Mo Dingge put forward five expectations for participants: First, uphold firm ideals and convictions and strive to be loyal practitioners of great ideologies. Second, sharpen solid competence and seek to be determined pursuers of self improvement and moral cultivation. Third, foster the spirit of struggle and act as pioneers and vanguards in deepening reform. Fourth, strengthen sense of responsibility and initiative and serve as dynamic workforce delivering outstanding achievements. Fifth, uphold integrity bottom line and remain clear headed and upright.

Lasting five weeks, this training program adopts a joint training model carried out at three venues, namely the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, Peking University and Zhejiang Red Boat Cadre College. Integrating theoretical teaching, exchange and discussion, and field based experience sharing, it is designed to enhance trainees’ political competence, theoretical attainment and professional capability in an all round manner. Heads of relevant departments of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. attended the opening ceremony.
