The Company Convenes the 2026 First Half Rule of Law Work Meeting

On August 14, the company held its work meeting on ruleoflaw affairs for the first half of 2026.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the company’s Mid 2026 Work Conference, comprehensively reviewed the achievements of rule of law and compliance work in the first half year, conducted an in depth analysis of existing management weaknesses, systematically arranged key rule of law tasks for the second half year, and carried out special discussions as well as professional training sessions.

The meeting stressed the following requirements. First, strengthen ruleoflaw empowerment to improve the quality and efficiency of asset operation. Focus on key risks and stock assets, safeguard legitimate rights and interests through legal means, and promote the appreciation of asset value. Second, deepen business law integration and improve the risk prevention and control system. Adopt collaborative management between business and legal functions, advance front loaded risk prevention and control, and realize early identification and early disposal of risks. Third, consolidate fundamental compliance work and enforce management responsibilities. Strictly implement whole process contract management and compliance self inspection, so as to enhance internalcontrol standards. Fourth, tighten overseas related compliance management and safeguard the bottom line of business operation. Make up weaknesses in overseas legal governance, improve the risk management system, and build a solid safety barrier for business activities. Fifth, build a stronger rule of law talent team and ensure solid implementation of all work. Step up training for interdisciplinary professionals, enhance accountability and commitment, and guarantee full delivery of all planned initiatives.

Relevant senior leaders of the company, all in house legal staff and compliance officers from various business units attended the meeting via an “online offline hybrid” format.
