The Company Holds the Mid 2026 Financial Work Conference

On August 13, the company convened its mid 2026 financial work conference.

The meeting conveyed the guidelines of the Company’s 2026 Mid year Work Conference. The Finance and Assets Department summarized the achievements of financial work in the first half of the year and arranged key work tasks for the second half. Specialized business training was delivered during the session, and targeted discussions were carried out on prominent existing issues.

The meeting put forward five key requirements. First, keep a close watch on core operating indicators. The team shall focus on key performance metrics, strengthen management accountability, and make every effort to deliver the annual targets. Second, strictly observe the bottom line requirements for risk compliance. All round financial compliance management shall be implemented, potential risks of all types thoroughly investigated, and the financial security defense line consolidated. Third, enhance overall fund management and control. Refine capital planning, optimize fund allocation, improve capital use efficiency, and ensure the safe and stable operation of corporate funds. Fourth, deepen business finance integration to drive value creation. Financial teams shall conduct whole lifecycle management over projects, proactively provide front line business support, strengthen penetrating supervision, and boost project quality and profitability via financial governance. Fifth, build a high caliber talent pool. The one on one mentor apprentice training program for finance supervisors shall be fully enforced. Continuous self learning will be encouraged to consolidate the talent reserve for the finance function.
