The Company Holds Its Mid‑2026 Work Conference

On August 11, China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited convened its mid‑2026 work conference. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the 2026 Leading Cadre Seminar of the Group. Zhu Wenjun delivered a keynote speech entitled Strengthen Confidence, Forge Ahead Under Pressure and Drive a Sound Start for the 15th Five‑Year Plan with a Sense of Urgency.

The meeting pointed out that this year marks the 10‑year anniversary of the National State‑owned Enterprise Party‑Building Work Conference and the 10‑year anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s great call that “Socialism can only be achieved through hard work”. The Company has earnestly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, fully delivered on the Group’s “1‑3‑5” Development Strategy, steadily pushed forward the  implementation of the “Three Key Work Schedules” and a series of special campaigns, and secured fresh progress in all business areas. Its major operating indicators have reached the best level in the same period of recent years, and all key tasks have advanced steadily. The Company has achieved remarkable results in the first half of the year, laying a solid foundation for hitting the 10‑billion‑yuan revenue target and securing a sound start for the 15th Five‑Year Plan period.

The meeting required comprehensive upgrading of ideological understanding and practical implementation to further strengthen the sense of urgency for development. The Company should advance multi‑dimensional coordinated efforts to further consolidate the foundation of operation and production, expand revenue sources and reduce costs while strengthening executive power to improve overall operational benefits, fully unlock internal impetus to deepen reform, uphold the Party’s leadership, translate political advantages into development strengths, and further strengthen the guidance of Party building and corporate culture.

The meeting emphasized that a sound mental state serves as an essential prerequisite for accomplishing all work tasks. All staff have overcome difficulties and forged ahead with solid work, delivering hard‑won achievements in the first half of the year. For the second half of the year, the Company will stay committed to its established goals, maintain the grit to tackle tough challenges and the perseverance to pursue long‑term progress, and uphold the fighting spirit of “striving to the utmost and persevering with all efforts”. Yao Jinghao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report entitled Implement the “Four New” Requirements, Promote the “Six Work” Spirit, Build on Momentum to Complete Annual Tasks, and Strive for the 10‑Billion‑Yuan Development Goal. He comprehensively reviewed the Company’s operational performance in the first half of the year and arranged key work for the second half of the year.

Members of the company’s leading team delivered speeches respectively based on their job responsibilities, summarizing work achievements, analyzing existing problems, and putting forward work plans for the next stage.

At the meeting, decisions on performance assessment rewards and project contracting incentives for branches and subsidiaries in 2025 were announced, and the 2025 “Five-Good” Leading Teams were commended. Principals of the Northwest Branch, Inner Mongolia Branch and Fujian Branch shared work experience and delivered speeches at the conference.

During the meeting, group discussions were carried out centering on seven thematic topics for high-quality corporate development. Zhu Wenjun attended each group discussion session, offering targeted guidance and work instructions.

All groups conducted in-depth discussions around the preset themes and reported their research outcomes and work suggestions at the meeting.
