董事长到马来西亚项目调研

月7日,公司董事长、党委书记、总经理李石聚在公司副工程师、马来西亚公司经理金宜德的陪同下到马来西亚项目开展调研工作。
刚到项目,李董事长不顾旅途的劳累,首先到各项目施工现场查看了工程进展状况,看望了奋战在施工一线的员工,听取了各项目负责人的情况汇报。随后在现场会议室召开了项目管理人员会议。在会议上,董事长对项目部的工作给予了充分的肯定,同时对下一步工作提出了要求:1、继续加强安全质量管理,做好员工包括外来施工及提供服务的外籍员工的安全培训,不留死角,保留相关资料信息;2、精细施工过程管理,保证单项工程一次合格,做好成品防护工作,避免重复整改和整修的现象,严控项目成本;3、做好项目成本核算,对比收入、支出,找出影响项目成本的关键要素,并加以严格控制;3、各级管理人员要高度重视签证和索赔工作,全面清晰理解合同的内容和条款,抓好项目施工过程原始资料的积累和留存。董事长在会上还介绍了公司的施工生产经营情况,通报了公司下一步的改革设想和方向,同时勉励项目员工要团结一致、精细管理,做好全面工作,为公司取得好的经济效益,培养更多的海外项目人才,争取更广阔的海外市场。
在调研期间,李董事长还拜会了业主及合作公司的高层领导,并与他们进行了亲切友好的会谈。
