At 17:30pm of Dec. 13^th, the Secretary, and Chairman of Board of CNCEC, Mr. Dai Hegen held a meeting with Mr. Hou Hong, Secretary of Kaifeng City Committee, and Mr. Gao Jianjun, the Acting Mayor of Kaifeng City.
