Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council announced the assessment results for the 2025 key tasks of the Central Enterprise Reform Deepening and Upgrading Initiative. China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (CNCEC) was rated Grade A.
In 2025, CNCEC adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and fully executed the work requirements of SASAC, achieving a high-quality conclusion to the Reform Deepening and Upgrading Initiative. The company strengthened its science and technology R&D system, fully launched the "Spark Plan," and achieved remarkable results in scientific and technological innovation. It remained focused on its primary responsibilities and core business, effectively utilizing both domestic and international markets and resources to continuously strengthen traditional industries, while making tangible progress in layout optimization and structural adjustment. Leveraging its engineering and technical advantages, CNCEC reinforced its role in key infrastructure construction, safety, and environmental protection, ensuring a solid and secure development foundation. The company also continued to improve its board of directors' construction, deepened market-oriented mechanisms, promoted integrated management control and transparent supervision, and further matured and refined its modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics.
