On June 11, the Company Party Committee held a Promotion Meeting on the Study and Education Campaign for Establishing and Practicing the Correct View of Political Achievement. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit and work requirements of the Group Company's promotion meeting on the same campaign. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting emphasized the following points:
First, we must make continuous efforts to deepen learning and strengthen Party spirit. We need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and the spirit of relevant documents, enhance Party spirit cultivation, and internalize the correct view of political achievements in our minds while externalizing them in our actions.
Second, we must make continuous efforts to accurately identify problems and effectively implement rectifications. We need to strengthen the deep integration of Party building and business operations, and fully implement the "dual responsibilities for a single position" (一岗双责). We must enhance coordination across all levels, break down barriers, and foster a highly efficient working atmosphere. Furthermore, we should strengthen the cultivation of young talents to provide new momentum for achieving the "Ten-Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction" goal and driving high-quality development.
Third, we must make continuous efforts to enforce strict governance over the Party and the company. We need to solidify political responsibilities for Party governance and corporate management, tighten the institutional cage of regulations, strengthen supervision and discipline enforcement in key areas, and build a strong cadre team that is pragmatic and assumes responsibilities, thereby safeguarding the steady development of the company.
