On May 20, the Company Party Committee held a reading class on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements, alongside the 5th expanded collective study session of the Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

During the meeting, participants studied the Important Speech Delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the Typical Positive and Negative Cases of Establishing and Practicing the Correct View of Political Achievements, and General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Instructions on the Fireworks Factory Explosion in Liuyang, Changsha, Hunan.

The members of the Center Group held an in-depth discussion around the theme of "Strengthening the Guidance of the 'Four New' Requirements, Deepening Reform to Tackle Tough Challenges, and Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Company with a Pragmatic View of Political Achievements." Relevant department heads also delivered speeches.

The meeting emphasized the following points:

First, we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, continuously advance the company's key tasks, and spare no effort to improve quality, increase efficiency, and maintain steady growth. We must closely align with the company's actual realities, uphold the "three orientations," and accelerate the implementation of the various arrangements made by the Company Party Committee. We need to get everyone aligned, foster solidarity and collaboration, break down departmental silos, and keep internal vitality and momentum alive. Furthermore, we must enhance the timeliness and fairness of performance assessments, tackle problem rectification with genuine resolve and firm action, and entrenched maladies. By upholding high professional standards to build cohesion and drive entrepreneurship, we must turn these insights into tangible momentum for the company's high-quality development.

Second, we must let the "Four New Initiatives" lead the way, and establish and practice the correct view of political achievements. We need to properly handle the "Six Major Relationships,"  stay grounded in our core responsibilities and main business, remain down-to-earth, and adopt a "nail-driving" spirit to ensure all tasks are implemented meticulously and yield tangible results. We must strictly observe disciplinary red lines and strengthen accountability. Anchored by the "Four New" Requirements, we will use technological innovation as the engine, industrial renewal as the lever, mechanism reform as the driving force, and mindset updating as the pioneer, injecting strong momentum and laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development through practical actions.

Third, we must effectively enhance our awareness of risks and adopt bottom-line thinking. Focusing on key areas and weak links, we need to strengthen risk control at the source, during the process, and in the final outcomes, thereby further enhancing our capacity to withstand risks.

Fourth, we must strengthen the development of the youth talent pipeline. Party organizations at all levels must implement the directives from the company's May 4th Commendation Conference and Youth Work Conference in 2026. We need to improve the institutional mechanisms of Party building guiding Youth League building, and integrate Youth League work into the broader framework of Party building. By building platforms, nurturing talent, solving practical problems, setting up role models, and strengthening ties, we will ensure that young employees have a stage to perform, the skills to showcase, and peace of mind without worries about the future. This will empower them to contribute their youthful strength to achieving the "Ten-Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction" goal and push the company's high-quality development onto a new level.
