神华宁煤土建项目部开展问卷调查活动

3月9日,神华宁煤土建项目部在职工中开展了“思想状况问卷调查”活动。3月16日,土建项目经理刘德宏在全体职工大会上通报了此次问卷调查的结果。
问卷内容主要是对目前项目部人员岗位分配情况的满意度,对项目部工作的意见和建议,以及需要项目部帮助解决的个人问题等。问卷共发出49份,收回的有效问卷46份。职工反映的情况主要集中在公共澡堂的开放时间及生活区水房的供开水时段等关系到职工日常生活起居等问题。现在,澡堂每周至少可以开放2次,每天也有3个时间段可以到水房打到开水。
问卷调查是及时的,问题的解决更是迅速的。这充分说明了指挥部及项目部领导将职工的冷暖放在了首位,体现了“以人为本”的工作作风。项目部领导表示,类似的调查每月都会进行一次。
