新疆分公司全面开展“夯实基础管理年”活动

按照公司要求,新疆分公司全面开展“夯实基础管理年”活动,根据分公司的具体情况,提出了分公司几项管理重点。首先,加强劳动纪律管理,各单位要制定严格的管理规定,各科室负责人要以身作则,带动他人,并建立严格奖罚制度,人人平等,赏罚分明。第二,加强对分包劳务的管理,分公司成立分包(劳务)队伍实名考勤领导小组,要求各项目部指定专人负责对分包劳务的考勤,要分工明确,责任到人,使各负责人充分了解自己的职责,不能止于形式上的签到考勤,要进行过程控制,杜绝出工不出力的情况发生。第三,加强分公司对机具及小型工机具租赁管理,依照规定严格执行,以降低成本提高设备使用率。第四,按照公司节能降耗精神,加大成本控制,制订办公用品的采购、保管、及发放、单车油耗台帐的建立等管理规定。第四,加强预结算管理,成立工程预结算领导小组,协同相关部门制定详细计划,要分工明确,责任到人,同步实现工程竣工结算完成。第五,现在独山子在建工程全部进入吹扫、试压、收尾阶段,要求全体职工“统一思想、统一认识、统一行动”,不能麻痹大意,加大强安全管理力度,提高服务意识,各部门要经常沟通,通力合作,保证各项工程安全、高质、高效顺利交工,为大发展建设画上圆满句号,为在独山子这片热土上再建新功打好坚实基础。
