神华宁煤烯烃指挥部土建施工中的新创举

3月27日下午,神华宁煤煤基烯烃项目黑水工程主体框架6.86米11-15轴线柱混凝土模板在人们的赞叹声中顺利拆除。甲方、监理均对此次混凝土浇筑成型及外观给予了充分的认可和评价。
此次柱体混凝土浇筑获得如此好的成型效果,是我们放弃了原来一贯采用的用对拉螺栓从柱子中间横拉固定模板的方案,采取了用槽钢在模板的外围用对拉螺栓进行紧固的新方案。新方案根据柱子的宽度将14槽钢截成长短为1.2米的段,并在槽钢两侧打孔,两孔之间的距离为柱子宽度加上模板及木方的厚度。这样,模板上就不用打孔,只需从外围槽钢的开孔处横穿对拉螺栓便可将模板牢牢紧固。
此方案在整个烯烃工地尚属首创,它有四个好处:一是混凝土结构保护好,有效防止了因柱子中间穿孔造成的柱子内部防腐工作的盲点;二是无需像原方案那样因为柱子中间有穿孔而进行对洞孔的二次填补;三是有效防止了原方案中因预埋件过多造成的对拉螺栓无法穿过的现象发生;四是混凝土成型好,表面光滑,增加了混凝土结构的美感,使整个工程看起来浑然一体。
从工程成本角度来看,此方案无需在模板上打孔,从而减少了混凝土浇筑过程中的跑浆现象,也减少了混凝土对模板腐蚀引起的变形,增加了模板的有效周转次数。其次,购置槽钢属于一次性投资,但其周转使用完全可以满足整个工程的需要,在使用过程中损耗微乎其微,工程结束后,槽钢作为废料处理也最多折价50%。第三,省去了原方案中用来预埋在混凝土中用来穿对拉螺栓的PVC管的购置费用。最后还减少了对拉螺栓的使用,减少了原方案中因需要固定模板而不得不切割钢架杆造成的周转材料的损失。
