公司副总经理韩长恩在内蒙神舟硅业项目强调“五到”管理

4月1日下午,公司副总经理、内蒙神舟硅业项目经理韩长恩,在项目部各专业主要管理人员施工协调会上强调“五到”管理,为基础管理再上台阶保驾护航。
韩副总经理说,内蒙神舟硅业多晶硅工程东西长1Km南北宽0.7Km所到之处都有我们的工号,地上最高的精馏提纯框架高达80m,地下最深的污水处理站集水井深达8.5m,纵横交错的厂区道路,高低相连的管廊,大直径的地下管网,都是我们的丰功伟绩。
在一期工程全面扫尾,二期工程逐步展开之际,他强调大工程、大项目的管理首先要“走到”,不能有管理的死角。其次要“看到”,走到现场要带着发现问题的眼睛,无论是进度还是文明施工,无论质量还是安全总有不规范的地方和需要协调解决的事情。再其次要“想到”,看到现场的情形要举一反三地想,想想明天这里该做什么,后道工序该做什么,还缺什么材料,有哪些影响工程进展的因素,工作过程有什么的样难度,怎样克服。第四要“说到”,说到不是随便说说,而是限定时间,安排到人,落实到事,组织好本专业工作所需要的人力、材料、机械等资源。最后要“做到”,做到是“五到”的中心,是最后的结果、是工作的成绩、是管理的心得、是人生的收获。
他要求各专业、各科室要把“五到”管理贯彻到每个程序,渗透到每个环节,当作项目管理的法宝,坚持不懈地执行定能攻无不克、战无不胜。
