仪电一公司举办待命人员管理知识培训班

为了提高待命女职工的管理素质,为施工一线输送合格的管理人员,4月6日,仪电一公司举办待命人员管理培训班,公司采购部部长叶书敏、公司工会女工部部长郭凤云到会并讲话,对培训班给予了很好的评价,认为这是仪电一公司对待岗女职工管理素质的一次提升,希望她们珍惜这次学习机会,以饱满的热情投入到学习中去,为将来进入施工一线管理岗位做好充足的准备。
培训班的主要培训课目有:劳资员培训、仓库保管员培训、计划统计员培训以及电脑操作培训。待命女职工共有28人参加了培训。在培训结业时,将以笔试的形式对参加培训人员进行考核。对于考核成绩优秀的人员,仪电一公司将在工程需要时,输送到施工一线的专业管理岗位上去。培训班结束后,仪电一公司将把教材以电子版形式发到各施工点,要求目前在岗位的管理人员进行自学并组织考核,起到推动管理素质提高的良好作用。
