2009年技校实习生考核鉴定及录用工作启动

5月17日,公司下发了“关于对2010年技校毕业生进行考核鉴定及签订劳动合同的通知”建人力〔2010〕167号,2010年技校毕业生(2009年到公司实习)考核鉴定及录用工作全面启动。
根据技工学校的教学安排,3年制技工学校,其中2年在学校学习,第3年到企业实习,实习合格的技校生方能毕业,正式毕业的技校生企业才能正式录用。
2009年公司招收了178名技校生到公司实习,目前实习即将结束,公司各有关单位须根据通知要求,对在本单位实习的技校生进行全面的考核鉴定,写出考核鉴定意见和录用建议报公司人力资源部。
公司将根据各单位的考核鉴定意见和录用建议及校方反馈的意见,按照择优录用的原则,最终确定录用名单。一经确定录用的技校生,将从7月1日起与公司签订为期3年的劳动合同。对于不予录用的技校实习生将退回学校由校方安排。各单位须根据通知要求,认真做好2009年技校实习生的考核鉴定工作,为技校生实习工作画上圆满句号,为公司技能人才队伍的发展提供新生力量!
