国电赤峰项目部物资招标采购工作井然有序

国电赤峰3052工程自今年4月1日开工以来,严格按照公司物资采购管理工作要点的要求,项目经理部狠抓基础管理,相继出台了各种规章制度。
进点初期,根据公司下发的《物资集中招标采购管理办法》等通知,结合项目部实际情况,及时下发了项目部《关于成立项目部物资采购领导小组的通知》、《三气管理办法》、《物资采购管理文件及相关表格》、《材料计划签发制度》和《材料和工机具进出厂管理规定》等文件,进一步明确了物资采购程序和要点,与公司接轨,真正形成一条龙管理模式。为完善各项管理制度,项目经理部统筹管理,细化到每一个部门、每一个细节,并根据业主和监理的要求制定了一系列规章制度,使各个部门工作有条不紊,遵章办事。
截至目前,项目部组织了有质检、经营、财务、供应和纪检等人员参加的钢筋、钢材、三气、配电柜、电缆等5次物资采购招标会,严格按照招标程序,多方询价,货比三家,既要保证质量,又要以较低的价格采购,满足了工程进度需要,效能监察工作初见成效。
目前,部分大型设备已陆续到货。材料摆放一目了然,整齐有序。仓储管理受到了业主的好评。
