公司医院认真开展第21届优质服务月活动

公司医院一年一度的“优质服务月”活动已拉开帷幕。11月29日下午,公司医院各科室主任、护士长以上人员参加的动员会,会议以“加强内涵建设,规范诊断治疗,认真开展第21届优质服务月活动”为主题 ,遵循“老传统,新理念”,要求大家把好的作风持续发扬下去。11月30日下午又召开了全院职工大会进行动员部署。此项活动已经是第21个年头,此次活动内容主要是结合医院的实际情况,向大医院学习,并积极参与到“123456”内涵建设活动中(1要求医务人员要有同情心耐心、2 个技巧、3个掌握、4个留意、5个避免、6种方式)。提高医疗质量、促进医疗安全、改善医疗服务、优化医疗环境,和谐医患关系,始终坚持一切从病人需求出发,营造以微笑缩短距离,以服务延伸真情的氛围,通过加强自我监督,自我对照,进一步提高自身素质,进而提升全院的管理水平和医疗服务质量。
