近日,公司发出通知:公司2011年年中经营工作会7月25日~26日在汴召开,要求与会人员针对目前状况和存在的问题,解放思想,畅所欲言,不拘形式,务实地提出新的思路、建议和解决问题的措施。
通知指出,这次会议的主题就是以开展解放思想大讨论,进一步解放思想,以精细化管理做大做强企业,安排部署下半年施工经营重点工作,确认各项经济指标,确定项目管理绩效考核办法,确保2011年完成主营收入30亿元、新签合同额40亿元及其他各项工作目标的顺利实现。
通知强调,各单位党政主要负责人务必高度重视,认真思考,要紧紧围绕着以下几个问题提出建设性的有针对性和可操作性的对策与措施,并形成书面材料。一是从公司组织机构优化、管理制度、项目运作模式、激励机制、人才培养与储备等方面进行开放式思考;面对良好的市场机遇,如何进一步解放思想,做大做强企业,切实提高效益?二是从精细化管理的高度,认真思考制度、措施的实效性与可操作性,如何实现降本增效,确保实现公司主营业务利润率8%的目标?三是按照“三清理一整顿”的要求,调查目前在岗和待岗人员状况,针对各公司目前存在的待岗人员,如何打算?如何管理?如何减少冗员?四是针对项目管理实际,着眼于项目执行的全过程,认真思考分公司施工经营管理工作中,如何科学配置人力、机具、装备等资源,管好建好在建项目和加大市场开发力度,确保“3040”目标的实现
