新疆圣雄项目召开二期工程工作部署会

10月31日下午3时,新疆圣雄工程指挥部在小会议室召开了圣雄项目二期工程工作部署会议。公司副总工程师、项目经理杨耿,新疆分公司代经理、项目现场经理许玉海及各部门负责人参加会议。
会上,项目经理杨耿进行动员讲话和工作安排。他说,从今天开始圣雄工程二期已全面启动,项目部要按照“高标准、高规格、高起点”的目标进行管理和建设。各分公司和部门人员都要有主人翁意识,精诚团结,加强沟通和联系,顾大局、识大体,积极、热情、高效的开展各项工作,为十一化建在圣雄再树新形象、再创新荣誉。最后杨经理强调,二期是在指挥部领导下,以分公司为单位自主经营、单独核算,一定要树立成本意识,本着精打细算的原则,创造出更大的效益。
许玉海在会上介绍了项目部人员组成和分工,并提出了要求:一是项目部6个参战分公司人员要以最快的速度与业主、总包进行工作对接,迅速开展各项工作;二是加强劳动纪律管理,按时上下班,统一劳保服装;三是各部门人员要加强沟通和联系,摒弃本位主义,统一思想,行动一致,创新型的开展工作;四是提高执行力,大事不过天,急事盯着办,充分体现十一化建工作高效负责的形象
