On the morning of March 19th, the Sixth Engineering Company Anhui Hefei project department, two water washing tower of gasification equipmenthoisted in place smoothly.
The two water washing tower of gasification equipment reached in the 18th March, bit numbers were C-13201, C-13301, single washing tower net weight 178t, high 22.5m, diameter 4m.In order to ensure the orderly construction, the Ministry of project planning, decided to complete the equipment lifting within two days.
To use the 1250T crawler crane as the main crane, 300T car crane as the secondary crane. The difficulty of hoisting is increased because of the narrow construction site and the cross construction of civil engineering.In the unified coordination and efforts of the project department, technical staff and construction personnel to work overtime, it took only a day and a half to install the two washing towers successfully, the effective protection of the node construction smoothly, and for the next step of construction has laid a good foundation.
