Yan Energy-Chemical Project Installation Work

The equipment installation work of Yanchang Petroleum Energy Chemical-industrial Co., Ltd. 1800000 t/a Methanol Project is launched totally with the V-323 Raw Methanol Flush Drum and V-321 1
st Methanol Separator being lifted to position on April 15, 2017.
In order to avoid influencing site construction schedule at peak time large quantities equipment and material being delivered on site, the project decides if it is with conditions, the delivered equipment will be lifted to position at the first time to make enough space for left equipment and material. This time lifted equipment weight is 62 tons and 92 tons which is located one small space between compressing workshop and a piperack. The working space is very narrow and make quite difficult for crane work and lifting work. The technical engineer and rigger make detailed analyze for lifting plan again and again with site investigation. The 260 tons crawler carne and one 50 tons wheel crane is selected as lifting machine. The whole lifting work is accomplished within one day. Meanwhile also make advantages for two synthetic towers coming on site at the end of this month.
