Overseas Project Symposium Successfully Held in Company Main Office

    The overseas project symposium was successfully held in company main office No.4 meeting room from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Feb 3^rd, in purpose of understanding company overall overseas operation condition better, improving the service level of related department and formulating new company overseas management system.
    Company leaders Mr. Li Shiju, Mr. Han Changen, Mr. Liguangming, Mr. Zheng Qiqing, Mr. Liu Tiyi, Mr. Zhang Qingfan and any other related sub company leaders and department leaders altogether 25 persons, attend this symposium.
    This symposium was conducted by company main engineer Mr. Liu Tiyi, he made a speech firstly to explain the purpose and requirement of this meeting. After that, Mr. Lu Haitao from Malaysia TR Project, Mr. Zhao Hongchang and Mr. Baitao from Malaysia TP Project, Mr. Xu Zhiqiang and Mr. Zhang Zhanli from Malaysia RFCC Project, Mr. Liugu from Saudi Sub Company, and Mr. Hechao from Aman Sub Company made the speech one by one. They stated the existing problems in their projects and Mr. Han Changen with other company leaders answered these questions and communicated with them well in this symposium. At last, Chairman of the Board Mr. Lishiju concluded this symposium and put forward the following requirements: 1. Record the minutes of meeting carefully. 2. The existing problems in different projects have same characteristics, we should work together to solve these problems in right solutions. 3. The trend of company development is working overseas, and the key point of the overseas project is project manager. All the staff in overseas project should pay high attention to the contract, work strictly to the contract, and collect all the possible claim of compensation to maximum company’s profit 4. Enhance the management of our subcontractors and strengthen our risk control. .5.Improve the communication between project and company related departments 6. All the employees work in overseas project should use public passport instead of private use passport.
