2017 Company Financial Report Meeting Held in Company Main Office

    2017 company financial report was held in company main office 4^th floor of technology building on Feb 8^th and Feb 9^th. Company leaders Mr. Li Shiju, Mr. Han Changen, Mr. Wei daocheng and all the financial staff attended this meeting.
   During this meeting, company chief accountant Mr. Zheng Qiqing made his requirements to all the financial staff: 1. Focus and innovate. We must focus on our company management system, detail our cost controlling and financial inform boosting to maximum our company profit. On the other hand, we should realize our concept innovation is the basic of system improvement. 2. Duty and responsibility. All the company financial staff should be responsible for their job. We should understand responsibility is the basic for one’s improvement, and only the responsible employee can make an achievement. 3. Cultivate and employ. Talents resource is so important that our company aims to cultivate our young staff. We will put young financial staff to important position in the project, reasonable burden is good for their improvement. 4 Study and job rotation. By financial job rotation, the new management experience could be spread and communicated better. We try to build a good working atmosphere and a strong financial management team to improve our company financial profit.
   Chairman of the board, Mr. Li Shiju summarized in the meeting and made the following requirements: 1. All the financial staff of company should improve their comprehensive quality for the development of our overseas market. 2. Because the specialty of financial work, all the financial staff should stick to their professional integrity and work record to the regulations and laws. 3. Enhance the assessment system for financial staff, focus on information management process to respond project cost management. 4. Cost decreasing and benefit increasing is the center of the work. Combining project budget and funds management together to improve the project economics performance. 5. All the leaders should pay high attention to financial work, cooperate and support with financial staff each other. 6. All the project need to control their cost, increasing cash flow and decreasing funds occupation to guarantee economic indicators accomplish. 
     Director of financial dept, Mr. Zhang Duming also made a conclusion to 2016 financial work, and arranged new tasks for 2017. 24 financial staff from the project made a speech about their performance on project one by one. At last, Mr. Zheng Qiqing awarded the advanced unit and advanced employee in 2016.
    All the financial staff also made a study about company financial system in the morning of Feb 8^th and Feb 9^th.
