Later on, Mr. Han attend in the meeting with project leaders held by project department, in the meeting, general manager Mr. Han Changen pointed out that it is not easily won the Zhongtai chemical Toksun Energy and Chemical Project, it is the result of our efforts, and the authorization by the ownerfor our strength, we must redouble our efforts, seize the opportunities for the development of Zhongtai and Xinjiang, do a good job on the project, improve working efficiency, make new contribution for the company's survival and development. Mr. HanChangenalso make a briefly introduce to the company's domestic and foreign market development, three system reform, the company's new management ideas, etc. in the meeting. And also making requests according to the situation and task faced by Xinjiang sub-com as follows: 1. According to the company's management system requirements, combined with the actual situation of the project, Xinjiang sub-com should conscientiously do a good job in the development of strategic planning of various functional departments, so as to achieve the correct direction and clear objectives; 2. Try the best to finish Shengxiong phase I and Phase II Project settlement works, request the whole participate departments cooperated with each other, make positive efforts and make a completeness for many years of hard work; 3. High standards and strict requirements, high starting point of the three stage to do Toksun project phase III, emancipatory thought, change idea, strict safety, quality management, accomplish subcontract process control and cost budget analysis; 4. Conscientiously sum up experience and lessons to improve the problem, to carry forward the advantages, to take measures to make up for the loopholes in the project and try to make the project to be benchmarking project; 5. Through the meeting, leading cadres at all levels should be unified with consistent goals and full confidence, according to the requirements of the company to do a good job, and hand over to the company a satisfactory answer.
