E&I No.1 Sub-Com. Ping Dingshan Project Department Project Management Training C

In response to the “Multi-skill experts" versatile talents training requirements, and in order to improve the E&I No.1 Sub-Com. Ping Dingshan Project Department staff's comprehensive quality. Recently, the project department holds 7 days (total of 14 hours) project management ability training course during construction intermission.
The training content is from the chemical industry construction project reality, based on the project economy knowledge, and use the practice of real work in the project as an example, using a combination of theory and practice, explains the main concerns to the budget, settlement and final accounts. The project management staff have deeper understanding of the construction contract, on-site work visa, some of the work of change and claim process knowledge through this kinds of “charging to themselves”, also understand a project not only as simple as do a good job, but also need to combines together with bigger, better, and stronger concepts. The successfully held of this training course achieved the expected effect of “Multi-skill experts" of electric staff, and laid the foundation for the reserve of talents for the project.
