Mr. Han Changen, general manager of the company, stressed at the meeting: the various issues raised at the meeting, the relevant departments should take the lead, supervision and implementation, as a routine work, do not idle into a form. The director of the company departments should be good at discovering and training talents, so that professionals can take charge as chief of department, accomplishing department decomposition task; To combine the characteristics of the work, formulate and sort out a scientific and rational model management procedures, accurately guide the project team to carry out work, to ensure standardization of procedures management, assign tasks to be implemented at all levels. In the operation of the project, attention should be paid to process control, fund, cost, expense and other core management should be supervised on time. Under the new situation, the company should rationally integrate social resources, make collective decisions, identify the authenticity, comply with the law, and cooperate in a win-win situation.
Finally, the chairman Mr. Li Shiju asked relevant departments to do risk prevention, good tracking analysis of project information, to exchange information between the various departments, strict pre contract review evaluation, good contract, avoidance of contract risk.
