The diameter of foundation is more than 10 meters, 100 cubic concrete is needed, in order to ensure that the first tank of concrete pouring of the first equipment foundation, the project department held a meeting to achieve fine refinement with strict and high standard, from the ground line laying, geological confirmation, program approval, steel witnesses sampling, material inspection, security technology turn-over, reinforced bundles, template supporting layers etc. to do the project as the model project.
