No.2 Circulating Water Cooling Tower Successfully Completed

At 8 O’clock on 8^th July, the construction of top concrete pouring in the last zone of new energy projects second cooling tower circulating water system undertake by the Inner Mongolia sub-company was started, this is marking the construction of the system come to the end and has achieved stage victory.
The second circulating water cooling tower system consists of 12 groupstowers with 4 groups of water towers and 8 group of fog dispersal towers, and was divided into 6 construction section.The concrete structure of water saving tower has 5 layers with 14.8m high.And have been completed by the end of May, now has entered into the installation phase. The concrete structure of fog dispersaltower 7 layers with 21.1mhigh, the pool and main frame structure construction began from March 8th, the duration lasted 4 months.
The cooling tower is concrete independent foundation with floating pool on it, and with concrete frame structure on the pool.Due to distance betweenfog tower construction section is only 200 mm, unable to work at the same time, and must take split-level construction, equivalent to 14 layers frame construction.Each layer has multi beam without slab, the vertical concrete wall thickness is only 150 mm, and the construction is difficult with long duration, the project department organized enoughlabors and construction machines according to the actual situation, useflow construction, overcome difficulties, and finally completed in July 8th, laid the foundation for the completion of the total node circulating water system.
