The afternoon of August 6th, by the 8th engineering company, Inner Mongolia branch company, the 3rd instrument company combined construction company of CNOOC refinery Co. Ltd. to build the Huizhou refinery phase II of the sewage treatment project 22 million ton / year ethylene refinery expansion project and 1 million ton / year sewage treatment project,after more than 2000 combat personnel for nearly 700 days of fighting day and night, and successfully achieve the middle handover project, and in the owners' PMT9 conference room held a grand intermediate handover meeting, held a signing ceremony.
