On the morning of October 12th, 2017, The parties signs the Cooperation Structure Agreement in  conference room of Sinopec Zhongyuan Engineering Co., Ltd.. Mr. Li Shiju, chairman of the company, and Mr. Dou Wenlin, Chairman of SINOPEC Zhong Yuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. for and on behalf of each party is sign on agreement. Mr.Fan Changyun, Mr.Zheng Qiqing, Mr. Li Lu also attended the signing ceremony.
