One year's plan lies in spring. After the Spring Festival, Zhejiang Petrochemical Project Department of the No.1 Sub-company quickly started a construction boom. The project department leaders deployed in advance during the Spring Festival. The number of installation workers reached 1,400, which basically met the construction plan requirements.
The project department staff on the island timely got safety training, the welder exam was carried out every day, the machine inspection is closely guarded, and the materials are delivered to the site, which made conditions for the construction. On 3rd March, the project department held a large-scale mobilization meeting, calling on Communist Party members and members of the Communist Youth League to take the lead in the role of the model leader, to divide the party member responsibility area, set up a youth team, so as to complete construction as per plan.
According to the construction requirements, the equipment installations were in place in March, and the steel structure frame and pipe gallery were assembled and welded to make conditions for process piping. The management personnel arranged shift work and defined amount of work to the team. Equipment installation teamwas established, and quantitative assessment, and economic responsibility were adopted.
