On 26th, March, Mr. XuShansong, the Secretary of the ACFTU Secretariat and member of the Party, led a special investigation group on implementationof the Trade Union Law and the construction of the industrial workforce, and came to the headquarters of ELECO to conduct research and guidance.
Company held a symposium on the alliance of model workers and innovative talent studios. While during the meeting, Mr. XuShansong and his delegation listened carefully to the report on the construction and operation of the alliance of model workers and innovative talent studios, and watched thedemonstration of specific operation methods, and understood in detail the production situation of enterprises, trade union work and the situation of model workers innovation studios. Mr. XuShansonghighly appreciated the platform construction of the alliance of model workers and innovative talent studios. He pointed out that this work was an important practice to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress of the Trade Union of China. It was an important measure to carry out the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. It was also an important measure to carry forward the spirit of model workers, working spirit and craftsmanship spirit.
Mr. XuShansong emphasized that trade union organizations and trade union cadres at all levels should carry out the work of alliance of model workers and innovative talent studios well. Henan trade unions can try first, sum up the experience on the basis of trial operation, and gradually promote it throughout the country. At the meeting, Mr. Li Tao (chairman of the trade union of China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd.) introduced to Secretary XuShansong the history, strategic development direction, main business income, global project distribution and trade union work of China Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li Shiju (Secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board of directors of our company) gave a report on the work of the company and the trade union as well as the work of the Labor Model Innovation Studio since its establishment.
