On the morning of May 8^th, the pipeline network project opening ceremony. of the Kaisheng Jinsheng Thermal Power New District undertaken by ELECO was held at the construction site. This project is a “home entrance” Huimin project that is contracted again after the second phase of Kaifeng Jinsheng Thermal Centralized Heating Pipeline Project is perfectly closed, and it is also the key project of infrastructure construction in Kaifeng City. The project is the company's general contracting in the PC (procurement plus construction) mode, and the project contract period is from March 20^th, 2020 to March 19^th, 2024.
