From December 19th to 20th, the eighth member congress of the Technical Working Committee of China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association was held in Nanning, Guangxi Province. The meeting elected members of the eighth technical working committee, and the company's chief engineer Mr. Liu Tiyi was elected as the deputy chairman. The resolution passed the Work Report of the Technical Working Committee and the Management Document (Draft) of the Technical Working Committee. Supervisor Mr. Sun Yumei made arrangements for the main technical work of the Association in 2020, and Secretary-General Mr. Shi Zhiyong made a concluding speech.

The conference reviewed and exchanged excellent papers submitted by various member companies. 11 outstanding papers of ELECO participated in the evaluation, and won 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, and 6 third prizes.
