4月10日，上海分公司承建的道康宁（张家港）有机硅有限公司BMI/IVF扩建项目的14000m管道吹扫试压工作顺利结束，施工质量得到甲方和监理公司的一致好评。这标志着张家港BMI/IVF扩建项目基本竣工。
历时8个月的工程，项目部全体员工发扬十一化建人“特别能吃苦，特别能战斗”精神，2009年中秋、春节均未放假，克服重重困难，如期完成了14000m管道及相关设备的安装工作。在施工过程中，本着安全第一，质量第一的要求，严谨认真地完成每一道工序，努力打造高品质工程，为十一化建树立了良好的企业形象。目前，各项扫尾工作正在紧锣密鼓地进行，力求为工程划上圆满的句号。
