公司生活区西南区20吨锅炉改造招标采购工作完成

由公司采购部组织、相关部门人员参与的化建生活区西南区“20吨锅炉改造”项目招标采购工作日前已划上句号。
    锅炉改造工程关系着千家万户的切身利益，公司非常重视，在保证供货质量的前提下，力求降低采购成本。公司采购部本着公开、公平、公正的原则，对西南区“20吨锅炉改造”项目进行了公开招标，制定了详细的规范性招标文件，邀请多家资质齐全的供货商参与投标。公司采购部、监督部、财务部、工程部、华鼎公司、生活服务公司等有关部门工作人员参与了整个招标采购过程。经过两轮报价，多次磋商，评标人员根据供货商的资质证明、价格、产品质量、售后服务、供货能力等方面对各投标单位的标书进行认真、细致地评定，经反复比价、筛选，最终确定供货厂家。 通过这次公开的招标采购，最终采购价比各家的平均报价降低了25万元，降低率为15.08%。
